Delivery times: Items that are not personalised will be sent out with 3 working days upon receipt of the order and payment. The personalised items will be sent out within 7 working days. If you require your order urgently please contact Tigerlilyprints to discuss your requirements.

Postage: All items are sent out by 1st class Royal Mail and international Royal mail.

We post to all area of the United Kingdom and Europe. Postal prices are calculated on the weight of the total order

Packaging: All items are packaged specifically for their requirements for safe transit.

Postage costs UK:

Upto 1.5kg (1 framed picture is 1.5kg,wall stickers 200grm, wall clock,bunting, money box & cups are 400grm, door signs are 100grm, large canvas are 800grm	£1
total order weight upto 2KG (framed picture is 1.5kg)	£2.50
weight upto 4 kg ( for example 3 framed pictures:	£5.00
weight upto 5 kg	£7.50

Returns: I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. However should there be a problem please contact me immediately if you are unhappy with your order to discuss a replacement or refund.
